<description>I enjoyed the column. The ease of transaction is key -- you&#039;re right. But the value of an article I read once is not the same as a song I play many times on my iPod.

Also, unless computer screen definition improves substantially, à la E-Ink of the Kindle, I don&#039;t see any future for the newspaper read online. How many minutes do you spend on average on a news site? It&#039;s like trying to read a paper on a television screen.

My opinion: PC will replace TV sets, and the e-book will replace the paper. According to The Wall Street Journal, personal computers are slowly replacing TV sets because of companies like Hulu, Netflix, etc. A growing number of people in the US are replacing their TV cable subscription with a high-speed internet subscription only.

Wireless e-books will change the way we read and buy books because they&#039;re not just e-books, they&#039;re true e-librairies or e-bookstores. The true business appeal of the e-book technology, like the Kindle, is that it caters to our impulse purchases: I can have any book or newspaper at my fingertips, wirelessly dowloaded in less than a minute. Whether I&#039;m lying on a beach looking for a romance novel or in bed because I don&#039;t want to get the newspaper on a rainy day. I get it when I want it. Just click here.

The best part: I can actually read in-deth news analysis and enjoy my newspaper without getting a splitting headache like I would on a computer or an iPhone screen.
